Seasonal, fresh ingredients are the foundation for every soup Heirloom Kitchen prepares. I source my ingredients from Bethesda Central Farm Market and local markets in the Shenandoah Valley as much as possible.
Small batches equal more concentrated flavor and quality. I make my soups fresh weekly, pack them in compostable, paper containers and sell them frozen.
At the Bethesda Farmer's Market they call me The Soup Queen. I'm so fortunate to be part of this community of farmers and other artisans who are masters at their craft.
